Pearson Carter are currently working with an established, family-owned UK manufacturing and supply business to recruit a NetSuite ERP Developer.

You’ll play a key role in developing and optimising their NetSuite ERP system, which was implemented just over a year ago. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the platform, drive automation and deliver process improvements across Finance, Procurement, Sales and Operations.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance and wider business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, improve data quality and implement solutions that support the company’s continued growth.

They offer up to £70,000, flexibility to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week, and the opportunity to make a real impact on the development of their ERP platform.

• Develop, maintain and enhance the existing NetSuite ERP system.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve business processes.
• Streamline workflows across Finance, Procurement, Sales and Operations.
• Analyse data quality issues and implement solutions to prevent errors.
• Identify root causes of system issues and deliver effective, long-term fixes.
• Improve system functionality, efficiency and the overall user experience.
• Manage system changes, upgrades and ongoing ERP development.
• Coordinate ERP projects, from planning through to implementation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Support project delivery, coordinating teams and ensuring successful implementation.
• Deliver user training to improve system adoption and maximise the value of NetSuite.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the wider business.
• Report directly to the Head of Finance.

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a NetSuite ERP Developer.
• Strong NetSuite development and customisation experience.
• SQL experience is essential.
• IT, Computer Science or a related degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing and delivering technical projects.
• Proven ability to plan projects and lead teams through successful delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with business users to understand requirements and improve processes.
• A solutions-focused approach, with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
• Experience improving data quality, system functionality and operational efficiency.
• A proactive and inquisitive mindset, with a passion for automation and continuous improvement.

• Experience working with a broader range of IT systems and business applications.
• Experience within manufacturing, supply chain or distribution environments.
• Experience improving ERP processes across Finance, Procurement, Sales or Operations.
• Experience delivering user training and supporting system adoption.

• Up to £70,000 salary.
• Hybrid flexibility, with a minimum of 1 days onsite per week.

The NetSuite ERP Developer role is based in South Yorkshire.

The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with flexibility to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week. Occasional travel to other UK sites may be required.
