Disposal Surveyor needed in Bradford Paying  £323.82  per day ref 5308318

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Disposals and Acquisitions
  • Lead the disposal of surplus land and property assets through sale, lease, transfer or redevelopment opportunities.
  • Manage property acquisition projects to support service delivery, regeneration and investment objectives.
  • Prepare property disposal strategies and recommendations for senior management and elected members.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for property transactions to secure best value outcomes.
  Valuation and Estates Management
  • Undertake valuations for disposals, acquisitions, leasing and asset management purposes.
  • Provide professional advice on market values, rental assessments and property transactions.
  • Manage a diverse property portfolio, ensuring assets are utilised effectively and generate optimum value.
  • Oversee landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, rent reviews and licence agreements.
