Housing Litigation Solicitor needed in Stockport

This is a temporary role and the rate is £60.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will take on a key role within the Litigation team, providing specialist legal support across a wide range of housing‑related matters. They will manage a varied caseload with a strong emphasis on housing disrepair, while also contributing to work involving housing management, anti‑social behaviour, allocations and homelessness, with full support to develop in any areas where experience is still growing.

They will deliver clear, confident legal advice, prepare and negotiate applications, pleadings, notices and instructions to counsel, and undertake advocacy in courts and tribunals. The successful candidate will maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal and practical developments affecting social housing functions and work collaboratively and inclusively to support a fair, respectful and non‑discriminatory service.
