What You'll Be Responsible For

Manage end-to-end project timelines, resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring successful delivery.
Lead customers and project teams through ELMO's implementation framework and best-practice methodology.
Provide clear, consistent communication on project progress, milestones, risks, and key issues.
Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
Oversee changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets while minimising business disruption.
Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the full project lifecycle.
Build strong client partnerships, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and achieve successful adoption of ELMO's SaaS platform.

About You

Demonstrated experience delivering SaaS implementation projects as a Project Manager.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives, business leaders, technical teams, and customers.
Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
Experience collaborating with end users, business stakeholders, and technology teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
Sound knowledge of software implementation and delivery processes, including change management considerations.
Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
Comfortable working in complex and evolving environments, bringing structure, clarity, and direction to change initiatives.
