Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET/React)

Pearson Carter are working with a well-established global retailer who are looking for a strong Senior Full Stack Developer to join their development team, working across a combination of greenfield projects and existing legacy systems.

The role requires strong commercial experience across C#/.NET and React, with exposure to both monolithic and microservices architecture. They're looking for someone who can take ownership of technical decisions and work closely with stakeholders, offering a lead-level position without the line management responsibilities.

The role offers a competitive base salary of £90,000 - £95,000.

Responsibilities:

• Developing full stack solutions using C#/.NET and React

• Working across greenfield development and enhancing existing legacy applications

• Contributing to systems built around both monolithic and microservices architecture

• Taking ownership of technical decisions and helping shape development approaches

• Working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions

• Supporting the wider development team through technical input and best practices

Experience:

• Strong commercial experience with C#/.NET and React

• Extensive full stack development experience

• Experience working across both new development and legacy systems

• Understanding of monolithic and microservices architecture

• Strong communication skills and experience engaging with stakeholders

• Ability to operate at a senior or lead developer level while remaining hands-on

Salary

The position offers a competitive salary of £90,000 - £95,000, depending on experience.

Location

The client is based in London, but this position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home.
