Salary: £46,000 - £49,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious Philanthropy team at a pivotal moment. As Philanthropy Manager, you will play a key role in building and developing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, growing a strong pipeline of supporters, and securing significant gifts that help deliver vital services and support for disabled people with complex needs. This role will look after an established portfolio of people giving between £5,000 - £20,000 with the aim to uplift these donors and bring them closer to the work.

To be successful as the Philanthropy Manager, you will need:

• Proven experience of major donor fundraising, including cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of high-net-worth individuals.
• A track record of securing five-figure gifts and developing strong donor pipelines.
• Excellent relationship-building, networking and influencing skills, with confidence in donor meetings and making funding asks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling donor-focused communications and proposals.
