Lead / Principal Data & AI Architect Southeast Asia Singapore 

Pearson Carter are currently working with a leading global technology consulting practice specialising in Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, Cloud Transformation, and large-scale modernisation programmes across Southeast Asia.

Due to strong project demand, they are expanding their consulting team and hiring approximately 10 professionals across Manager, Senior Manager, Principal / Lead Principal, and Director levels.

They are particularly interested in senior consulting professionals who can lead enterprise transformation engagements, advise C-Suite stakeholders, and deliver Data & AI, cloud, and legacy modernisation strategies across major organisations.

Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise architecture and transformation engagements
Design Data & AI and cloud solutions for large organisations
Advise C-Suite stakeholders on technology strategy
Drive legacy modernisation and cloud transformation programmes
Build and scale enterprise data and AI capabilities
Lead consulting engagements and develop executive-level recommendations

Experience:
Senior technology consulting background
Experience at a top-tier consultancy or specialist technology firm
Strong Data & AI / Enterprise Architecture experience
Experience with AWS, Databricks, and Generative AI / OpenAI
Strong legacy modernisation and cloud transformation experience
Excellent C-Suite communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercially minded with strong technical credibility

Salary
Level 4: From SGD 240K 

Plus performance bonus of up to 120% depending on level, with additional SEA payment.

Location
Singapore
