Pearson Carter are working alongside a leading Microsoft D365 Business Central Solutions Partner who are looking for a Lead D365 BC Manufacturing Consultant. If you are an experienced BC Functional Consultant with strong manufacturing expertise, leadership capabilities and the right to work in the UK, further details are below.

• Lead the delivery of D365 BC manufacturing implementations for UK and EU-based clients

• Client leadership: Act as a senior point of contact, advising clients on manufacturing processes and BC solutions

• Team leadership: Guide and support functional consultants, sharing best practice and ensuring high-quality delivery

• Solution design: Oversee solution configuration and ensure implementations align with business requirements

• Continuous improvement: Drive delivery standards, resolve complex challenges and identify opportunities to enhance client solutions

• Extensive experience with D365 Business Central, particularly manufacturing functionality

• A proven track record leading or overseeing complex BC implementations

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and client-facing skills

• Experience with solution design, configuration and delivery best practices

• Salary up to £85k depending on experience
