We are seeking an Intermediate or Senior Data Developer to design, build and deliver modern data, analytics and AI solutions across a range of industries.

This is a hands-on technical role that combines data engineering, software development and stakeholder engagement. You will work across cloud data platforms, data pipelines, analytics solutions and AI-enabled technologies, helping organisations transform data into actionable insights.

The role is suited to candidates with a strong software engineering or data engineering background who enjoy solving complex problems and working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

• Design, build and maintain scalable cloud-based data solutions.
• Develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration processes.
• Create high-quality data models to support reporting and analytics.
• Develop and optimise SQL-based solutions across modern data platforms.
• Build Power BI reports, dashboards and visualisations.
• Develop production-ready solutions using Python, C# or JavaScript.
• Contribute to solution design, architecture and technical planning.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering best practices.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security and performance standards are met.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical leadership initiatives.
• Explore and adopt modern AI and AI-assisted development tools.

• 3 years' experience for Intermediate level.
• 5 years' experience for Senior level.
• Strong experience in software development, data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Experience building data pipelines and enterprise data solutions.
• Strong SQL development skills.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
