A growing Microsoft Partner is looking for a Support Consultant with experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering a salary of £50,000, with the chance to develop your skills across ERP support and retail systems.

You’ll provide functional support to customers, investigate system issues, and help users get the most out of their Business Central environments. You’ll work closely with customers and internal technical teams to troubleshoot problems, deliver solutions, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Experience with LS Retail or LS Central would be beneficial, but candidates with a strong Business Central support background and an interest in retail systems are encouraged to apply.

• Provide functional support for Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV.

• Investigate and resolve system issues, user queries, and functional problems.

• Support customers with business processes across sales, purchasing, inventory, and stock management.

• Manage support tickets and prioritise issues to ensure timely resolutions.

• Work with customers to understand problems and provide clear, practical guidance.

• Liaise with developers and technical teams to resolve more complex issues.

• Assist with system testing, updates, and ongoing improvements.

• Maintain accurate support documentation and build strong customer relationships.

• Experience supporting, using, or working with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Exposure to LS Retail, LS Central, or other retail management systems.

• Knowledge of POS systems, retail transactions, stock management, or store operations.

• Experience working in an ERP support environment or for a Microsoft Partner.

• Familiarity with Business Central finance, purchasing, warehousing, or supply chain functionality.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Power Platform.
