Pearson Carter are currently working with an expanding Microsoft Partner who are looking to recruit an LS Support Consultant with experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ERP Support Consultant looking to develop their expertise within Business Central and retail technology. You'll be responsible for supporting customers, resolving functional issues and ensuring their ERP systems continue to operate effectively.

The role will involve working directly with clients and collaborating with internal technical teams to investigate problems and deliver effective solutions. Experience with LS Retail or LS Central would be advantageous, although strong Business Central support experience is the main priority.

• Deliver day-to-day functional support across Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV.

• Diagnose system errors, investigate user issues and identify appropriate solutions.

• Help customers with ERP processes covering sales, purchasing, inventory and stock control.

• Take ownership of support requests, managing priorities and keeping customers updated.

• Build relationships with users and provide advice on getting the most from their systems.

• Work alongside developers and technical specialists when dealing with complex issues.

• Assist with testing, system upgrades and ongoing ERP improvements.

• Keep support records, technical notes and customer documentation up to date.

• Previous experience working with or supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.

• Good understanding of ERP systems and associated business processes.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Confident communicating with customers and resolving technical queries.

• A proactive, customer-focused approach to support.

• Knowledge of LS Retail or LS Central.

• Understanding of retail environments, POS systems and stock management.

• Previous experience within an ERP support team or Microsoft Partner.

• Familiarity with Business Central Finance, Purchasing, Warehousing or Supply Chain.

• Exposure to Microsoft 365 or the Power Platform.

• Salary of £50,000.

• Fully remote working.
