Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing technology organisation based in Perth, delivering secure and reliable network and infrastructure solutions across enterprise environments.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Network Engineer to join their technical team and support the design, implementation, and optimisation of modern network infrastructure.

This is a hands-on role working across enterprise networking, cloud connectivity, security, and infrastructure, with the opportunity to work on complex technical environments and contribute to ongoing technology improvements.

Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure
Manage switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless environments
Troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and security issues
Support LAN/WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity
Monitor network performance and implement improvements
Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and technology projects
Maintain technical documentation and network standards

Experience:
3 years’ commercial Network Engineering experience
Strong Cisco networking experience
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and DNS
Experience with firewalls and network security
Experience with VPNs and cloud networking
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Relevant Cisco certification such as CCNA/CCNP is advantageous

Salary
They offer a competitive salary package depending on experience.
