We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join a growing technology team. This role will be responsible for managing, maintaining and improving the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, reliable and running efficiently.

You will work across infrastructure, cloud environments, networking and end-user support, helping deliver technology solutions that support the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

• Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, firewalls and VPNs.

• Support cloud environments across Azure and AWS.

• Manage system upgrades, migrations, backups and disaster recovery processes.

• Identify and resolve infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.

• Implement security measures, patching and system improvements.

• Work alongside internal teams and third-party providers on IT projects.

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in an IT Infrastructure, Systems or Network Engineering role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments.

• Understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, DNS, DHCP and VPNs.

• Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Relevant IT qualifications or certifications would be advantageous.
