Business Central Solutions Consultant – Presales
UK Remote Up to £90,000

Know Business Central well enough to show a customer how it could improve their business? Pearson Carter is recruiting for a growing Microsoft Partner looking for someone who can connect day-to-day business challenges with practical ERP solutions. You may already work in presales, or you could be a functional or support consultant who enjoys customer conversations, demonstrations and helping businesses decide what they need from their next system.

Where you’ll make a difference

You’ll work with prospective customers before implementation begins, exploring how they operate, where their existing systems fall short and what they want to achieve. From there, you’ll help put together a proposed solution and bring it to life through tailored Business Central demonstrations. Some conversations will focus on finance; others will involve purchasing, sales processes or supply chain operations. Working alongside sales colleagues and delivery specialists, you’ll also contribute to proposals, respond to tenders and make sure the implementation team understands what has been discussed and agreed. Keeping your product knowledge current will be part of the role, particularly as new Business Central capabilities and related Microsoft technologies create further options for customers.

What you’ll bring

A solid grounding in Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV is essential. You should understand its core functionality and feel comfortable discussing business processes with customers.

Your experience could come from functional consultancy, application support, a senior consulting role or an existing presales position. What matters is your ability to ask useful questions, explain your recommendations clearly and present confidently.

Previous demonstration experience would help, although this opportunity is also open to consultants looking to move into presales.

Experience with a Microsoft Partner, manufacturing or distribution customers, Power Platform, or proposal writing would all be useful additions.

The opportunity

The position offers a salary of up to £90,000 and fully remote working within the UK. You’ll work with customers across different industries and have the opportunity to develop your presales career within an expanding partner business.
