A growing Microsoft Partner is looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join their team. This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring 4 days per week in their Leeds office, offering the chance to work hands-on across a variety of Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and bespoke development projects for SME clients.

You will spend approximately 60–70% of your time working directly on client projects, developing and delivering solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. You'll also have involvement in technical design, managing project scope and supporting the development of the wider technical team.

This is a great opportunity for a developer with 3–4 years' experience looking to take on more responsibility, develop their technical skills and work towards a more senior position.

• Develop and deliver Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations and bespoke solutions for SME clients.

• Spend approximately 60–70% of your time working hands-on across multiple client projects.

• Develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Build and customise Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Power Apps.

• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and business process automations.

• Work with JavaScript to extend and customise Dynamics 365 CE functionality.

• Contribute to technical solution design and help manage project scope.

• Work on integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party applications using APIs.

• Support the delivery of solutions involving Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise, Customer Insights and Power BI.

• Mentor and support other members of the technical delivery team.

• Work closely with functional consultants, project managers and clients to deliver effective solutions.

• 3–4 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.

• Strong Power Platform development experience, including Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.

• Strong JavaScript development skills.

• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 implementations and bespoke CRM solutions.

• Experience with Power BI, Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise and Customer Insights.

• Knowledge of API integrations and connecting Dynamics 365 with external systems.

• Experience with Document Core Pack would be beneficial.

• Ability to contribute to technical solution design and manage project scope.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work across multiple client projects.

• An interest in mentoring others and developing towards a more senior technical position.

£45,000–£50,000, depending on experience.
