As part of that, we recruited their Contact Centre Manager, who is loving the role - so we can vouch for the fact that this is a good place to work!

The next step in the Contact Centre Manager’s plan is to bring on a brand-new role, of a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will support the strategic initiatives of the business, making recommendations for improvements and identifying ways for the contact centre teams to enhance their conversion rates. This is definitely an exciting time to join, to take on the brand-new role and make it your own!

Benefits and details within the Data Analyst position:
  • Salary: up to £25k DOE
  • Hours: 8:45am - 6pm Mon to Thursday/ 9am - 3pm Friday
  • 28 days holiday, increasing one day per year up to max 33
  • Additional day’s holiday within your birthday month!

Responsibilities of the Data Analyst:
  • Analysing MI reports from the dialler and CRM system.
  • Using agile decision-making to affect results in a live environment.
  • Analysing live data and spotting trends.
  • Making suggestions based on data analysed to improve efficiencies and conversion rates within the contact centre.
  • Providing descriptive, diagnostic and prescriptive analysis to internal teams.

Experience/ attributes required for the Data Analyst position:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst
  • Advanced knowledge/experience of Microsoft Excel (V Look ups, pivot tables, macros)
  • Able to analyse data in real time and relay noticeable findings/trends/issues immediately
  • Ability to relay findings from the data analysis into plain English to internal stakeholders
  • The desire to make suggestions and improvements through your analysis
  • Excellent communication skills
