Project Leader - Automotive SoC Development - ISO TS16949

Our client in Graz is working at the forefront of the automotive industry and the current revolution, which will affect the way we think and interact with mobility - the evolution towards secure, highly connected, self-driving cars, and electrification.

Your Job:

• Project management for SoC product developments for the automotive

• Managing large project teams (>15 people)

• Responsibility for project budget, resources and schedule

• Managing projects from initial concept, specification, design and test, to volume ramp up

• Definition of proper project staffing in alignment with the resource manager(s)

• Translate business requirements in close cooperation with Product Management

• Execution of the project according to plan and process manuals

• Performing risk, supplier and change control management within the project

• Lead international multi-site and multi-discipline teams to successful project completion

• Interface to key customers, assembly, test and product Quality
 

Your Profile:

• University degree in electrical engineering or similar technical studies
• Proven track record in managing projects in the the semiconductors industry (automotive is an asset)
• Background in IC design
• Experience with automotive requirements (e.g. ISO TS 16949) is an asset
• Basic functional safety knowledge knowledge is an asset
• PMI certification or similar is an asset
• Very good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate internal and external interfaces
• Experience with working in a multicultural environment
