Night Chef

With exciting plans for the future, we are now looking for an experienced Night Chef with a passion for food to join our dynamic and fast-paced team at our headquarters in Bicester. You will be working in an environment like no other, creating bespoke menus for some of the biggest clients out there.

As a Night Chef you will:

• Take a hands-on approach in assisting, monitoring and overseeing all production, stock and operational kitchen concerns.
• Be self-motivated and able to work productively alone
• Be a great communicator
• Ensure all specifications and brand standards are met at all time.
• Ensure that work is conducted in a clean and tidy way, monitoring on a continual basis as well as ensuring legislative and government guidelines are adhered to including the Food Safety Act, Health & Safety at Work Act, COSHH and Fire Regulations.
• Have experience working in a similar fast-paced environment.
• Be passionate about delivering top quality food.
