Job Description:

Your role will involve producing HR analytics, configuration to creating reports and troubleshooting. You will be building strong relationships with key stakeholders to maintain the existing HRIS suite to produce key business analytics to support decision making across the business.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a technology role,  with a strong record of troubleshooting systems and a good understanding of data and how it can be utilised.

To be successful you will need strong attention to detail, committed team player who has a analytical mind set, great problem solver and be comfortable working under pressure.
 
• You will administer appropriate quality control over HR systems
• You will have project management responsibilities in support of HR and business objectives
• You will act as a HRIS champion and subject matter expert, liaising between users, management and developers on HRIS system issues and projects
• Developing and implementing dashboards and reports that support growing business needs
• Ensuring the integrity of data, maintaining quality, accuracy, reporting timeliness and usability
• Helping to establish and execute timely data processing and processes for job requisitions, new hires, payroll, transfers and terminations
