We are delighted to be recruiting a Head of Fundraising for a wonderful charity supporting ex-prisoners get back into work. This is a key role within the organisation, reporting directly into the CEO who is an ex-fundraiser himself and working to lead the team to build income.

They already have a very healthy income of around £1.3 million and a well-established fundraising team. This role will just inspire them to take fundraising to the next level.

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

• A successful demonstrable track record of raising significant funds from companies, trusts and foundations
• Experience of one or more other types of fundraising activity
• An awareness of and commitment to addressing the key issues facing prisoners, ex-prisoners and their children and families
• Highly persuasive, with excellent inter-personal, communication and negotiation skills
