Pearson Carter are currently working with a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM End User based in Watford. They are on the lookout for a Data Analyst to permanently support the company with IT, including the data function.

Responsibilities:

• Producing the reports and analysis for the business
• Responding efficiently to requests for reports and other IT related tasks as requested
• Manage the Customer Database
• Handle Support Queries
• Being fully responsible for the IT Setup for new starters

Experience:

• Experience working in a similar IT environment
• Qualified in a relevant subject to degree level
• Knowledge and understanding of business systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM and MAYTAS.
• Strong Attention to detail

They offer an excellent salary package: £35,000 + Bonus, Healthcare and Pension. This is also an excellent opportunity to gain more responsibility as an IT Professional

Location

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM end user has an office based in Watford – so candidates will need to be able to commute to this area on a daily basis.
