Dynamics CRM IT Support & Data Analyst, Watford, £35,000

Pearson Carter have the privilege to be working with an established End User based in Watford, who are looking for an experienced IT support & Data analyst with previous experience in Dynamics CRM to join there already thriving team.

What’s on offer:

• An excellent salary of £35,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:

• To handle support queries and work with third party support services.
• Set up & creation of new starters to the IT systems
• Production and analysis of reports.
• Manage and support customer databases.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with Dynamics CRM
• Actively diagnose IT faults.
• Asset Management
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Working with multiple data sources and disparate business systems.

Location

Our client’s offices are based in Watford, candidates must be able to travel to the office on a daily basis.
