Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Support Desk Analyst, Staffordshire, MS Partner, Up to £30K

We are currently with a MS Partner in Staffordshire who are looking to recruit a Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central Support Desk Analyst.

The ideal candidate will be able to support their day to day maintenance of versions up to Dynamics NAV Business Central.

Requirements

• Proven experience of working in a service desk environment
• Experience of working in a finance or application environment
• 1st and 2nd line support of the business’ NAV environment and user base.
• Experience in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work to strict deadlines with excellent time management skills

Salary

This client is offering an excellent salary up to £30K depending on experience, with fantastic benefits and flexibility to work from home.

Location
