Senior Design Quality Assurance Manager/Associate Director

£90,000 – £110,000 + Bonus

Austin Vita is working with a market-leading organisation who are recruiting for a Senior Design Quality Assurance Manager who has the capability to progress to Director level. The primary role of the manager will be to lead a team to create, maintain, implement, design and validate strategies for new and existing products.

Main Responsibilities:

* Recruit and train technical and operational quality individuals within the department.
* Lead a team to create, maintain and implement design and validation strategies for new and existing products, process, software, facilities, utilities,
* equipment, cleaning and test method.
* Complying with worldwide Quality and Regulatory Standards.
* Work with notified bodies on matters regarding quality and/or audit responses.
* Working with RND to set strategic direction on the validation approach.
* Sets and manages the team’s budget and financial performance for the technical quality organisation.

* Experience working with Regulatory Standards
* Efficient CAPA and Validation Decisions

The successful Design Quality Assurance Manager must have previous experience in the Medical Devices industry and must be able to demonstrate hands-on experience of working to and implementing product design and validation to better meet the requirements of ISO13485.
