We are working with an international justice organisation to recruiting for a Development Manager, this organisation has been really successful with fundraising throughout the COVID-19 crisis and are investing in the long-term growth of their fundraising. The role will focus heavily on trusts, foundations and statutory funders, managing existing relationships and securing new funders. Alongside this there will also be some work with corporates, as the organisations looks at diversifying their funding sources.

The other really exciting part of this role is the opportunity to build and working with a development board, who will be actively involved in supporting fundraising.

You will have:
· Strong experience in trust and statutory fundraising, ideally with experience of securing high-value, multi-year funding

· Demonstrable experience of working creatively and with an entrepreneurial flair

• Gravitas and confidence, you will be working with senior stakeholders, internally and externally and will need to influence this individuals

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000
