Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, career-focused Chef de Partie for our client's Restaurant. This vacancy to be filled is a crucial position within a driven team producing great food. An excellent time to be joining this expanding business.
As a Chef de Partie you will be expected to have the right attitude to your career, willingness to learn and have excellent communication while having the skills to be a part of a dedicated kitchen team. You will follow the direction of the Head Chef, but you will have the opportunity to include your ideas to the menu and have some responsibility as you grow in the position.
Everything, of course, is made in house, so you will learn valuable skills to advance your career. Items include everything from petit fours, ice creams, bread, desserts, pre-desserts and between course items. The presentation is simplistic, innovative and modern using great ingredients. You will further gain skills in advanced techniques and equipment—for instance, Paco jet, Thermomix and some Sousvide cookery, to name a few.
The ideal candidate will have some Rosette or experience within a quality operation. Also, If you do not live in this area of Bristol, you will need a form of reliable transport. There is no Live-in to offer with this vacancy.
