Full-time (36 hours per week) Communications And Engagement Officer  contract to start on 17-08-20 until 30-11-20 with a possible extension.

Develop and deliver effective internal change communications to employees across different departments of the workplace affected by the project. Ensure internal communications work is consistent with the workplace’s external messaging and campaigning. Develop and deliver effective internal communications for employees. Deliver an outward facing engagement programme to ensure that local people and other key stakeholders are informed, listened to and involved in the project. Ensure consistency of communication messages to all audiences, and work with colleagues in the External Affairs to communicate those messages using appropriate channels. Organise and oversee engagement events with key stakeholders, internally and externally. Develop and manage a process for logging and responding to all enquiries regarding this project in a timely manner, and managing a FAQ resource. Equip our staff with the knowledge to be effective ambassadors for the workplace and its work.
