Due to our growth UCM Recruitment require an experienced full time HR Coordinator to start immediately. 

The experienced HR Coordinator will be working full time in our Liverpool office. You will be supporting both the Liverpool and London Office and will be required to travel to the London office occasionally. 

As an experienced HR Coordinator you will have at least 3 years HR experience, ideally working for a Recruitment company or a company in a similar environment. 

You will be paid between 22K and 26K pro rata dependant on experience. 

As an experienced HR Coordinator your roles and responsibilities will be to: 

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain employees' records.
  • Recruitment of staff.
  • Perform reference checks and issue employment contracts.
  • Carry out Right to work checks 
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with payroll and adhoc HR projects.
  • Support other assigned functions.
  • Assist with Management of the Holiday Calendar
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
  • Assist with staff orientation
  • Oversee candidate compliance across Healthcare and Education and ensure standards are met
