Pearson Carter are currently working with a Microsoft Partner who are looking for someone to head up their Dynamics 365 Sales team and roadmap effective business strategy to increase the performance and morale amongst the team.

They offer an excellent salary of up £60k depending on experience and do offer home based working

Responsibilities:

• To lead the Dynamics 365 Sales team and manage the performance of the team
• To provide leadership and increase morale after lockdown
• Develop and tailor business strategies to beat sales targets

Experience:

• Experience in a Sales environment
• Experience leading a team
• Experience working for a Microsoft Partner
• Knowledge and understanding of Dynamics 365 (AX/NAV/CRM)

Salary

They offer an excellent salary package: £50,000 - £60,000

Location

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Partner has got an office in North Lanarkshire with a flexible work environment where working from home will be allowed.
