Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for experienced employment coaches to work with unemployed customers across the Greater Manchester region, helping to enhance their employability skills and their chances at securing employment.

You will support, empower and encourage customers throughout their journey towards sustained employment.  You will build strong and effective relationships and support customers through face to face and remote digital platforms.

You will be target driven and customer focussed, with a good understanding of the support customers need to succeed (CV writing, interview techniques etc.).  You will complete SMART action plans with all customers and follow up at each meeting to ensure customers are on track to securing employment.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
