Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for experienced key worker/job coach who will provide expert advice, guidance and support to unemployed customers across the region.

You will engage with customers to understand their barriers to employment and work together to move each customer closer to the labour market – with an ultimate goal of securing sustained employment.

You will have previous experience working within the sector – advising, managing and supporting job seekers to achieve set goals/SMART targets and you will have a proven track record of securing job outcomes and completing the required compliance on a funded welfare to work contract.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
