My client is a market leading FMCG company that has several sites in the UK and Ireland. They are a privately owned company that has a proven track record for quality. They have a fantastic staff retention record as they make people feel valued as well as promoting from within. The business has coped well during the pandemic and has all relevant safety measures in place. They have a turnover of around £125 million and are have a great opportunity for a maintenance engineer to join their team.

The role

The successful maintenance engineer will performing planned and reactive maintenance on a wide variety of machinery. There will also be some install and project work. This is a multi skilled role and both mechanical and electrical bias maintenance engineers will be considered. You will work as part of a team and report to the engineering manager. You will also have apprentices on your team so good communication is required.

• Apprentice trained
• Mechanical or electrical qualification
• Good level of multi skills
