This is working full time hours on a temporary contract basis

The key objectives for the Senior Public Health Intelligence Specialist are:

    To lead delivery, through matrix management, of high quality public health intelligence to support the Public

Health Team and the council in discharging their functions

    To provide expert advice and guidance on public health intelligence, epidemiological, and statistical matters including the development of health related data sets and information to strategic partners and partnerships

    To support the scoping, design and delivery of continuous improvement

    To work alongside colleagues in Technology and Change to shape and ensure that strategic support is an integrated service

    To demonstrate proactivity, resilience and ambition to achieve the desired outcomes
