Based in Oldbury paying £10.83ph PAYE

 

This is a full time temporary contract.

 

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor.

  • To deliver excellent customer service by efficiently managing and resolving customer enquiries to the highest standards via existing channels and upcoming digital contact channels. This will be across multiple disciplines for council wide services.
  • To listen and engage with our customers and support them to access our services through a range of evolving channels.
  • To provide help to those who need assistance to access our services and influence those who can to do their day-to-day business online to access services independently to self-serve.
  • To utilise your passion and skills for on-line technology to switch channels seamlessly with the customer e.g. when an issue needs to be taken offline, or jumped into web-chat. To engage with customers on public channels where information and advice would be beneficial to a wider audience.
