Planning Lawyer needed in Ellesmere Port £21.11 per hr PAYE Ref: 5159404

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

To provide legal and procedural advice and services in the most effective and efficient way to meet the requirements as a whole and specific Services and Departments.

Duties will include:

 The main duties will be:

providing planning advice;

drafting and completing a range of planning and highway agreements;

attend planning appeals and inquiries;

advising on reports and attend Planning or other Committees;

attending meetings,

training and advising officers, members and Directors.

You will also need to carry out legal research and support the legal managers and the Director of Governance.
