Pearson Carter are currently working with a Microsoft Gold Partner based in Staffordshire. We are on the lookout for a CRM Support Consultant with extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to join the Support/Service Desk Team

Responsibilities:

• Bug Fixing Configuration and Customization on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Portal
• You will act 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for the Dynamics CRM CE clients
• Work with numerous Stakeholders/Clients

Experience:

• Minimum 2.5 Year Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience working in a Technical Support Role
• Experience in 1^st and 2^nd Line Support
• Microsoft Partner Experience would be ideal

Salary:

The salary on offer is dependent on experience – up to £40,000. There are numerous other benefits that come with the package.

Location:

The Microsoft Gold Partner is based in Staffordshire. If you are local they would prefer candidates to work in office, but they are open to considering remote works.
