Area Building Surveyor needed to Honiton, Devon paying £16.71 per hr PAYE Ref: 5159459

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

1. Dealing with the planned maintenance programme (cyclical and other), capital programme and reactive property maintenance requirements within a prescribed budget. With reactive property maintenance requirements liaise with Technical Surveyor who will coordinate through Maintenance Technicians.

2. Undertaking the preparation of condition surveys to enable the implementation of the planned and cyclical maintenance programmes.

       3. Ensure Fire Risk Assessments are current for all properties where needed and necessary work undertaken.

4. Ensure Asbestos Registers are current for all properties where needed and reviewed as necessary and necessary works undertaken.

5. Ensure gas safety requirements are complied with for all properties where needed.

6. Ensure electrical safety requirements are complied with for all properties where needed.

7. Ensure water hygiene requirements are complied with for all properties where needed.
