Neighbourhood Officer needed in Sandwell paying £12.95 per hr PAYE Ref: 328950

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

To be responsible to your line manager, for the timely completion of  ASB case reviews for which you are allocated responsibility in your town, to ensure regular reports and briefings as required regarding your personal case load.

To work closely with your town team and ensure that the town team senior officer is informed of progress and status of ASB cases in the town.

To provide information and necessary support to your manager in dealing with any complaints, MP enquiries, member’s enquiries and service access requests.

To provide information to and liaise with other managers, especially those in the town team and/or involved with tasking, and the lead officer for community safety.

To provide excellent customer response and care for victims of ASB, and offer ideas on how services can be improved, or cases can be better managed.
