Working full time hours on a temporary basis.
The team supports the Integrated Community Services Team by facilitating discharges from acute and community hospitals and in the prevention of hospital admissions.
Level & Purpose of Post The post holder is responsible to the Registered Manager who is in turn responsible for the post holder’s health and safety, training and development. The post holder will ensure the provision of a personalised, innovative, best value, high quality, inspiring and socially inclusive service.
We are ideally looking for an experienced health and social care manager. There will be strong emphasis of the role to develop and enhance current audit processes and formalise working procedures working alongside the Registered Manager and existing managers. A strong knowledge of the CQC and inspection requirements encompassing the Key Lines of enquiry and the fundamental standards is essential.
This new role will be focused on quality assurance, compliance and developing internal systems. These duties are illustrative and not exhaustive. The post holder will be expected to become involved in a range of work to enable the service to respond effectively to the changing requirements of the Client and changes affecting the workforce. Working hours will generally be 7 days a week on a shift basis 37 hours per week
