Working full time hours on a temporary basis.

The HOST team is looking for an enthusiastic Homelessness Case officer with good knowledge of the provision of high-quality housing options, advice and assistance to patients in the hospital. The post holder must have a good working knowledge of Homelessness Legislations and the provisions. You will be joining a great team of housing option professionals
