Project Manager

Based in East London paying £366.97 per day PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract role.

Our client is looking for a Project Manager. To will be responsible for the management and coordination of the Outbreak Control Plan, and the Test and Protect project plan and activity. 

Responsibilities

• Work directly to the Director Public Health and support the Public Health Senior Management Team
• Manage and coordinate all activity related to the Test and Protect Programme - plan and deploy a wide range of resources (using an agile approach)
• Stakeholder management and communication with workstream leads
• Quickly and accurately communicate (verbally and in writing) rapidly emerging issues to senior leaders and adapt delivery plans accordingly
• To bring forward any relevant proposals on resource deployment in line with priorities
• Manage the Test and Protect Coordinator – responsible for governance meetings and agenda and papers
• Review and implement best practice from elsewhere
• Horizon scanning and making recommendations about what’s coming up to relevant Senior Officers and Boards
