Based in Wirral paying £32.10ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract role.

Our client is looking for an Assistant Asset Surveyor. To assist with the below requirements;

• Asset Valuations
• Local Authority valuation experience
• Good property knowledge
• Land acquisition/regeneration experience beneficial
