This is a full time temporary role.   

Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor. Commercial Manager To manage the commercial interests of Major and Capital Projects.

The successful candidate will assist the Head of Construction and Major Projects in controlling budgets and managing programmes of work and providing strategic commercial QS and construction advice across all major capital development schemes. Assist the Head of Construction and Major Projects at all local site-based meeting, events and presentations etc., in connection with the Chester Northgate Development. They will provide professional internal and external multi-disciplinary teams with high level commercial QS skills and contract administration advice and technical expertise including advising on statutory requirements, planning, programming and management of construction projects. Provide a single point of contact for the Project Management Team, including receipt and management of all correspondence, reports and their welfare facilities at the site offices.
