Working full time hours on a temporary basis.

To provide a full range of housing management functions to a designated patch of properties that include working with residents to sustain and regulate tenancies, acting on breaches, carrying out block inspections and dealing with all H&S issues on the wider estates as well as with individual residents, working closely with resident associations and identifying ways to increase resident participation and engagement
