Maintenance Engineer

Salary – £33,000 + (OTE 40k)Overtime

Shifts – 6am-2pm, 2pm- 10pm, 10pm-6am

Location – Carlisle

Benefits- 35 days Holiday, 4 x Life Insurance, 6% pension, Overtime

The Role

Your day to day responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer will include:

• Working on automated shredders, optical sorting machines, Magnets, paper from plastic, Screening equipment. Vacuums, bailers, compressors.
• Fault finding electrically working with Three phase, Sensors, contractor relays
• Mechanically work on bearing, belts, shafts and gearboxes
• Working as a team and on your own

The Ideal Candidate for Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical or Mechanical Qualification
• Engineering experience would be beneficial
• Able to work autonomously and independently
• Worked in an industrial environment
