Senior Sales Executive needed in Croydon paying £19.62 per hr PAYE Ref: 41E58

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

The role includes overseeing the sales conveyancing process for new build homes from reservation to exchange and completion.

The role requires someone who is accurate and is able to work efficiently, processing multiple contract documents, as well as raising new instructions to the team.

We need someone with conveyancing experience, preferably within a new build sales environment but we also want someone who can input data that is accurate on Excel.

They will ideally be able to produce reports and handle their own cases at busy times.
