We are currently representing a quality restaurant based in central Clevedon. They have established themselves high on the list for places to dine in the southwest of Bristol.

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef wanting to join a kitchen team with a passion for developing quirky, great-tasting food. Likewise, you can expect to be working and build your career within a passionate "family" of highly skilled/ professional chefs producing food with great wholesome ingredients.

They are looking for a candidate looking to gain a little responsibility on their CV, keen to look after the kitchen for service, eventually, covering extended periods. This person may have ideas and want to develop them by adding them to the menu.

This position will be for an immediate start.

You will require:
· Be able to drive or live in Clevedon
· To be coachable, eager to learn.
· Attention to details.
· Keen to progress within the business and your chef career.
