About the Company

A boutique reputable professional services firm have created a new HR Assistant role for someone to join the team on an initial 6 month fixed term contract. They are award winning, leaders in their field and have a supportive environment.

About the Role

Part of the wider HR team, the role works alongside two other Assistants and reports into the Head of HR, with full responsibility for HR administration. This includes:

  • Employee lifecycle (starters/leavers)
  • Assist with ER – prepare letters and checklists etc
  • Managing the HR inbox
  • Absence management
  • Maintaining the HR database
  • Assisting with reviews of policies and procedures
  • Support with projects

Job Requirements

You will have solid previous HR administration experience and have worked in the private sector. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administration and is looking to take ownership. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems, have a can do attitude and strong attention to detail.
