An award winning leading international law firm with a fantastic culture are seeking a Recruitment Manager on a 9 month contract.

About the Role

Working alongside the wider HR team, this role provides end to end recruitment support across a range of areas end to end.

Duties include:

  • End to end recruitment support
  • Conduct interviews
  • Advising stakeholders on talent and job briefs
  • Create job descriptions
  • Liaise with agencies and managing PSLs
  • Maintain terms
  • Create and present reports on recruitment activity
  • Utilise and monitor LinkedIn
  • Manage ATS and compliance
  • Build relationships with Partners and key stakeholders
  • Salary benchmarking
  • Projects

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working in a legal administration or recruitment role ideally within professional services and exposure of senior stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
