Delivery Support Manager, MS Gold Partner, Dublin - €60K

An exciting opportunity has come round for a Delivery Support Manager to join a widely known Microsoft Gold Partner based in Dublin, Ireland. This company are industry leaders for ERP/CRM and known for their excellent customer service across various vertical markets.

This role holds a strong importance in the business making the successful candidate responsible for (but not limited to) recruitment, strategy, and management.

Experience for the Delivery Support Manager role:

• Experience working within the IT Industry, preferably MS Partner setting
• Experience managing an IT Support team; recruiting, training, assigning, and supporting
• ITIL Certification or Equivalent
• Technical background is advantageous but not essential
